The research company Carbiotix decided at an extraordinary general meeting on September 19 that the company will apply for a voluntary delisting of the company's shares from Spotlight Stock Market. The Board of Directors has now submitted the formal application to Spotlight for delisting. This is stated in a press release. Carbiotix has requested that the last day of trading in the company's shares on Spotlight Stock Market be set to December 15, 2025. The company will issue a separate press release when Spotlight has made a decision on the delisting.
