The property company Amhult 2 notes that the KPI for October, the month that determines changes in commercial tenants' rents, was very low this year compared with the previous two years. This means that the impact from these rents should not be as large in next year's reports as it has been over the past two years, writes CEO Emilie Loft in the latest monthly report."Since the next construction contract, the southern building of Block Hercules, will be completed in 2027, we will also not see next year the clear increase in rental income that a new building provides," Loft adds.
