The shareholders of the environmental technology company Recyctec are invited to the annual general meeting on Friday, June 26, in Jönköping.The nomination committee proposes that board member Joel Westerström be elected as new chairman. New election is proposed of Jesper Svensson as board member. Re-election is proposed of board members Pär Winberg and Lars Erik Hilsen.The board wants authorization from the meeting to decide on a new share issue, warrants and convertible bonds, within the framework of the articles of association's number of shares.
