The Board of Directors of Sound Dimension has decided on two directed new share issues totaling approximately SEK 7.56 million. The issue costs are estimated at SEK 0.64 million.The first tranche of approximately SEK 5.0 million is directed to external investors.The second tranche amounts to approximately SEK 2.56 million and is directed to board members, senior executives, employees, and two external investors. Since it is partly covered by Lex Leo, approval at an extraordinary general meeting is required for the issue to be carried out.The subscription price in the directed share issues has been set at SEK 0.44 per share, corresponding to the closing price for the company’s share on June 12, 2026.The company intends to convene a digital extraordinary general meeting via Teams.
