The investment company Proport Invest has signed a non-binding letter of intent to acquire a privately owned group with operations in SEO and AI-based software services.The initial purchase price amounts to SEK 10 million, with a possible additional purchase price of up to SEK 15 million in newly issued shares, contingent on financial targets.The target company had sales of approximately SEK 12 million in 2025 and, according to the target company's own budget, EBIT is expected to amount to SEK 2.1 million in 2026.The transaction is conditional on, among other things, due diligence, financing and a final agreement.
