The research company Chosa Oncology announces that members of the executive management have subscribed for a total of 550,527 shares during the ongoing subscription period for warrants of series TO2, which ends on July 14. CEO Peter Buhl Jensen and COO Ulla Hald Buhl have subscribed for 377,073 shares, while CCO Claus Frisenberg Pedersen has subscribed for 173,454 shares.Upon full exercise, the warrants can provide the company with approximately SEK 6.2 million before issue costs. The capital is to be used, among other things, for clinical commercialization, validation studies and commercialization activities in the United States.
