The technology company Opsy has decided on two directed new issues totaling approximately SEK 15.5 million before issue costs and offsetting of loans, according to a press release.The first issue is for SEK 9.9 million and the second for approximately SEK 5.6 million. The issues are directed to existing shareholders, lenders and external investors. They comprise a total of just over 1.78 million shares at a subscription price of SEK 8.68 per share. This corresponds to a discount of approximately 18.1 percent compared with the latest closing price.The entire issue proceeds in the latter issue of SEK 5.6 million have been paid through offsetting of outstanding loans, including arrangement fee and accrued interest.The purpose of the issues is to strengthen working capital and repay loans, as well as to repay the remaining portion of bridge financing totaling SEK 1 million that was raised to cover the company's payment obligations until the settlement date in the first issue.The issues entail a combined dilution effect of approximately 12.34 percent. According to the company, they also contribute to larger ownership changes.
