The service company Homemaid announced earlier today the acquisition of Hello Clean. The acquired business has revenue of approximately SEK 11 million and the purchase price was SEK 5.5 million in cash. "We view the transaction positively as it constitutes yet another strategically sound add-on acquisition at an attractive valuation and is in line with the company’s strategy of consolidating the fragmented Swedish cleaning market. Since the acquisition corresponds to less than 2 percent of our revenue forecast for 2026, it will only lead to minor positive revisions to our estimates. We will update our estimates no later than in connection with the Q3 report," writes Inderes. Inderes has a buy recommendation with a price target of SEK 37 for Homemaid.
