Following its mandatory bid offer, Hunter Capital has increased its holding in C100 to 4,971,303 shares, corresponding to 90.39 percent of the shares and 67.05 percent of the votes. A total of 1,390,879 shares were tendered in the offer of SEK 4.19 per share. The acceptance period will not be extended and the offer has closed. Payment is expected to commence on September 14.
