Investment company Hunter Capital controls 90.39 percent of the shares in C100 after the acceptance period for the company’s cash mandatory bid offer expired. This is stated in a press release.A total of approximately 1.39 million shares were tendered into the offer, corresponding to 25.29 percent of the shares and votes. Hunter Capital thereafter owns approximately 4.97 million shares, corresponding to 90.39 percent of the share capital and 67.05 percent of the votes. The acceptance period will not be extended and payment of the consideration is expected to begin on 14 September.
