The real estate company Logistri announces that the company has taken possession of the properties Ludvika Gonäs 1:181 and 1:178 from Torngrund, where building and commencement permits have been obtained from Ludvika kommun for a new logistics center for Hitachi Energy Sverige. The project is expected to be completed in early 2027 and is thereafter estimated to generate an annual net operating income of approximately SEK 89 million. The agreed property value amounts to approximately SEK 1,254 million, which corresponds to a yield of 7.1 percent. The transaction is structured as forward funding, where the final price is set upon completion, and Logistri has the option to pay 90 percent of the purchase price by transferring warrants that can be used to subscribe for B shares in Logistri at a price of SEK 16.5 per share.
