Net operating income increased to SEK 11.3 million (9.7), an increase of 16.5 percent year-on-year. Profit from property management rose to SEK 3.9 million (2.6), an increase of 50.0 percent year-on-year. Unrealized value changes in properties amounted to -SEK 17.0 million (10.2). Result before tax was -SEK 13.1 million (12.8). Result after tax was -SEK 11.2 million (9.3). Earnings per share amounted to -SEK 3.62 (3.03). Net asset value was SEK 109.77 per share (114.70) at year-end.The company owns a 17,300 square meter property that is fully leased.
