Real estate development company Norden Estates announces that the subsidiary Zustainment Bygg signed a construction contract for scalable construction in Sölvesborg during week 8. The order value amounts to SEK 4.4 million and construction is planned to start in March 2026. The project is carried out in cooperation with FASAB Bygg and strengthens the group's position in industrial construction in line with the company's strategy.
