The medical technology company Sensodetect clarifies the status of the company's collaboration with Encheng, a collaboration that was announced in December 2020. This is stated in a press release. On December 4, 2024, the company formally terminated the agreement with Encheng. Under the agreement, Encheng was responsible for obtaining product approval in China. As product approval was not obtained within the agreed deadline, the company terminated the agreement.As previously communicated, dialogue continues between Sensodetect and Encheng regarding a possible continued collaboration. If a new agreement is entered into and this is deemed to constitute information that should be disclosed, the company will communicate this to the market.
