Suntrade is carrying out a directed set-off share issue of SEK 2.6 million to settle a convertible loan taken out in August 2024. This is stated in a press release.The company is issuing 111.78 million shares at a subscription price of SEK 0.0232 per share. Suntrade will thereafter have 1.94 billion shares outstanding.
