The fertility company Spermosens has entered into a non-binding memorandum of understanding with Sapyen. The purpose is to evaluate a potential collaboration with the aim of establishing a partner-led commercialization model for Spermosens' diagnostic method Juno-Checked, according to a press release.Sapyen has developed a model for home-based sample collection and now the parties want to see how Juno-Checked can complement and expand such diagnostic services, by providing additional clinically relevant information on men's fertility potential."The purpose of the memorandum of understanding is to create a structured framework within which the parties will evaluate a business model where Sapyen can take a leading role in commercial activities, supported by Spermosens' diagnostic technology", it says.The agreement is non-binding and contains no agreed commercial terms, exclusivity agreements, or commitments to enter into definitive agreements.
