Gas exploration company Igrene is changing the board proposal ahead of the annual general meeting to be held on January 19, according to a press release. The previous proposal in the notice to the annual general meeting was the re-election of the incumbent board, consisting of chair Karl-Åke Johansson, the members Annette Blyhammar, Lars Svensson, Sven Otto Littorin and Mats Budh, as well as the alternate Hans Göran Åhgren.Annette Blyhammar and Lars Svensson do not consider their respective assignments for Igrene compatible with simultaneously serving as a board member. They therefore decline re-election to the board but remain in their roles as vd and technical director, respectively. The new proposal is a board consisting of five members. Member Sven Otto Littorin is proposed as the new chair, succeeding Karl-Åke Johansson, who will continue as a member. Re-election is proposed for the member Mats Budh. Election is also proposed for Robert Tingvall as a member, and for the alternate Hans Göran Åhgren to be elected as a new member.
