The technology company Opsy, together with ICA Försäkring, is launching a joint initiative to further develop the handling of insurance medical cases with the support of AI in a regulated environment. This is stated in a press release.The collaboration will map existing ways of working and identify activities with a high manual workload where structured AI support and automation can be introduced gradually."The ambition is to combine high regulatory compliance with controlled innovation, where efficiency and quality are improved without compromising responsibility, traceability or data protection," it says.
